At HIRA FRAGRANCES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused fragrance products.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our fragrance concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization code.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the perfume in its original, unopened box and protective cellophane to ensure it is not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse confirms the item is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
